Today we played first time u20 team. We achieved draw with u20 England. I played very defensive, because our MID don't have pace. I thought that we will have chance long passes but England set his team very close to their GK, so our strikers were blocked by England defenders. Result better than the game :-)

You can see our schedule for this season. I always like to play with very strong team to check our team.
I would like to come back to Druid's Cup and maybe this season we will finish it :-)
It will be very tough season, because we don't have the stars in our team, but maybe at the end of season we will get very good juniors.
We will play only u20 and after age update u21. My goal is to find at least two tactics which we can use during next WCQ.
I hoe that you will support still and finally we will achieve promotion to WC :-)

I don't know if you are aware that this Thursday will be the last training in current definition. Next week we will have new training and new options. I am trying to buy the players max u18 to prepare them for WCQ but not next season but two seasons after. I dont know if my idea is good but I want to try something new to achieve WC :-) of course I would like to that you will still support me and deliver to the market new juniors :-)

Dev Diary 65: Training reform - we're taking off!

With great joy and satisfaction,
I am pleased to announce that
the programming work and tests
for the implementation of the new training rules
have been completed !!!!

Next to last season's competition reform, this is certainly the biggest change and the biggest challenge our team has had to face. It is safe to say that with these changes in place, we will finally welcome the new Sokker that the development team has been talking about since the beginning of the work.
This does not mean that we will stop there, but the most important milestones have been reached!

CALENDAR OF TRAINING RULE CHANGES:

- [14.07.2022] this was the second-to-last training under the old rules.
- [15.07.2022 - 21.07.2022] the whole week from tomorrow until next Thursday is the last week in which the old training rules apply, remember to position your players accordingly.
- [21.07.2022] on this day will be the last training under the old rules
- [22.07.2022] on this date the new rules will take effect, this will also be the first match day to count towards the new training algorithm.
- [22.07.2022] the old training settings page will be replaced by a new one with the interface shown below.
- [28.07.2022] on this day your players will train under the new rules for the first time.

WHAT IT WILL LOOK LIKE:

At this link you can get a little familiar with the look and mechanics of the settings. The link is already working, you will see your players there, but until 22.07.2022 the settings made there will not have any influence on the game. This is just an exercise.

We wrote in detail about the rules in Dev Diary #63 - it was a while ago, you might want to remind yourself before the changes take effect.

We have done our best to render the best possible version for you. Remember, however, that training is always the essence of our game and, as well as being attractive, it is also very complicated and difficult for developers.
We have to reckon with the fact that with such a major change interfering so deeply into the structures of the game, bugs may appear and there is no other way than to correct them during the current season.
Let's hope there are as few of them as possible!

Yes, why I am trying to buy the best Irish 18yo players :-) this is my goal :-) you also will have easier for strikers training :-) because you can train your players what you need :-)

I would like to summary the half of our WCQ this season. We are on second place in the group, see below

This season we can have chance to play on WC but still the way is very long. We have very equal group. Only Switzerland is better than rest of teams, but to achieve second place we will have to fight with Crna Gora, Nippon and al-Jazā’ir. I would like to play on WC in the next season, because it is my target since I have been the coach of Ireland u21. I hope that at the end of season I can share with You good news :)
