hi
first of all I would like to say hello to all Irish users and explain why I ran for election
I have led 3 u21 teams in my career
Andorra , Canada and Austria. Based on this experience I know that success in this game can only be achieved when there is a commitment from the whole community.
In Andorra 3 users, me and a few friends managed to train players who gave the opportunity to feel the taste of the game at the championships
Canada - when I joined the national team, the enthusiasm in training players just dropped
Austria - promotion to the championship, and then, despite the large number of users, only some trained youngsters and there were still gaps in any formation
So why Ireland - I heard a lot of good things about the cooperation and involvement of users. This is confirmed by the results. This attitude allows you to look with enthusiasm at the future of this national team.
For my part, I can give commitment to coaching players, updating the database and active participation in the forum :) and about the tactics I will not talk much because in the u21 to talk about tactics is like telling fairy tales - you just need to match it to the players you have
