Could i do something better?

I hope that you have selected the new generation of Irish players and during next WCQ you will achieve promotion. I don't know if you will lead Ireland u21 next season if yes I hope that you will play in Druid’s Cup. You can find the topic on international forum :-)

It was interesting season - we were fighting to 7 round for qualification
I am proud that i was able to lead Irish u21.

why i ask for vote?
I implement In my club - u21 training for young Irish players. At this moment i have 6-7 players which get regular training and i am sure that they will be key players In the nearest future

So i prepared new tactic for this match but i did not upload it.

We won - this is positive information but i also have some observation

We have to improve training for mid - note 36-38 is avarge result - if we think about second place In group we should focus on mid training

I think you should prepare the u20 players for next WCQ but I think that you also want to keep 3hird pot:-) and I hope that you will play in Druid’s Cup :-)

Now, u21 Friendly matches dont count to training, so i am fighting for third pool

on marvik's suggestions today we played with a stronger team :) after two penalties and not take the chance for a goal (empty) we lose to the higher ranked Ukraine

It's time to start training young players hard because the next season will be very difficult
we should focus on mid and def
Strikers need more pace - 14 level minimum

But mine striker have 14 on pace ;)

It will be a tough period in the next few seasons, I won't lie to you. We don't seem to have a great volume of juniors coming out at the moment. Probably only 3/4 managers seem to be actively training Irish youths.

This is not issue :) we have train all Irish players high come from school.

When i was In Andorra only 3 Users have youth school, but we focus on training.

One person one position.

So if we toghter decided to focus only on young players training In 3 seasons we will have strong team :) - gold team :)
