It would be appropriate to introduce myself and say a few words.
My name is Matt, I am 32 years old. I have lived in Ireland for 7 years and currently work for a company that deals with medical products. I have been playing in Sokker since 2007. I was the promoter and tutor of this game. A few people know me here, so they probably know that I like to do tactics, analysis etc.
I decided to run for the Irish senior national team this season. I have some ideas on how to make a good national team in which I hope to see them at the World Cup soon.

Not an easy job... because with such a small community as we have in Ireland it is a mission only for Tom Cruise - lol.
That is why I need your help right from the start. Because to achieve something, we need a good team. To achieve more than just 3rd and 4th place in the qualifying group we need to increase our player base. How do we do this? All we need is a junior school and the ideal would be to invite your best buddy to play. More people to play with, more competition - thus more fun to play with :-)

Before I start with my projects.... maybe it would be worth winning an election first? :P I've never run for Ireland, I haven't tried.... because I know how much good work was done by the current coach - gruchalus_88. I am really grateful for his work in Ireland for such a long period :-)
I would also like to thank the man who was our U21 manager for many seasons - Germanek.

Perhaps it would be worth saying a few words about my experience? I have an Irish Championship, an Irish Silver Cup and six Irish Bronze Cups to my credit. I've never had the ambition to win the league - this is probably because of the poor rewards. You get nothing for winning the league except the opportunity to test your skills in the Champions League. That's why I preferred to train players during those three years in Ireland. When it comes to the NT experience, things are already much better here. I guess you could say it's what keeps me playing this game. I love Saturday games and that will probably never change. I've led teams like Poland, Scotland and England over the last period. I played with each of these teams at the World Cup, I ended up without any medals though. The only thing I won was the U27 tournament.

As for the World Cup... we have a season of friendly matches ahead of us, testing a few tactics and learning the line-up. and yes... I hope we will play soon at the most important tournament in SK which is the World Cup :-)

In the future I would like to back to Ireland :-) and naybe I could try NT :-p

The schedule for the 67 season is now complete. Unfortunately I was not able to arrange matches with the teams I wanted.... But you have to take it for what it is.
I am happy that we are playing in the Mini World Cup tournament, hopefully we will achieve something at the tournament.

Ireland - Cymru 1:0

Last week our opponent was Cymru. A successful debut in NT Ireland behind me. It was probably one of the tougher rivals in the MINI World Cup group.
The goal is scored from a penalty kick after an opponent's foul.
I'm happy with the development of the match. We won and that's what counts :)

Ukraina - Ireland 1:3

Today our opponent was Ukraine... with whom we should have won much higher. Every situation we had in which we had a shot should have ended with a goal to our credit.
I am very happy with the game, we have already secured our progression from the group today and most likely our opponent will be someone from these teams: USA/Australia or Estonia.
