Subject: Future personal Youth Camp for NT

Greetings,


After almost 19 years as a successful Italian player, I'm considering a complete rebuild of my team. Currently leading in the Italian Serie B and ranked 4th among 650+ users in Italy, I've been part of a highly competitive environment for the past three years.

I'm now planning to focus on the most populated and active anglophone communities, driven by a special connection since my childhood. The project involves dedicating efforts to restart training plans for 16-17-year-old players. I've successfully executed this in the past, starting from scratch over ten seasons ago, with many of those players now in their national teams or under observation.

Given the new training system, the process is expected to be easier, with less concern about each player's starting skill. The primary focus will be on identifying good talent.

I plan to concentrate on one or, at most, two nations, depending on the quantity of young players each community can promote from their youth teams. The ultimate goal is to completely rebuild a roster of 10 to 13 trained players, each capable of candidacy for their respective national teams, thereby enhancing the overall quality. The target rating for my future team is a minimum of 77-78, this means easily more for the total roster of their NT. If successful, I might also consider a future candidacy for the national team, depending on community sentiments.

Before proceeding, I'd like to ask the community the following questions:

Are you interested in and enthusiastic about my project, seeing its potential to improve your NT team?

Would you be willing to concentrate on youth teams to produce more 16-17-year-old players, especially in the first half of the season?

Can someone help estimate how many teams are actively promoting players from their youth teams?


These questions are for evaluation purposes, considering that I plan to rebuild my team with a new cycle of young players no later than next three seasons, possibly sooner based on community responses.

The concrete implementation of this proposal depends on the positive response and availability of each community, which is crucial to me. Thank you in advance.

This sounds interesting. Our active user base is quite small so we do need a focused effort in youth development for the NT to continue to be successful in the future.

Right now there is approximately 8 active teams promoting youth players on a regular basis. 3 of these teams also primarily train Irish young players in their main team (myself, Monkey hangers and Leinster Team).

For me at least, training young players for NT is pretty much my only interest in the game after 15+ years of playing :)

I have to say it's good to see someone still involved in this dying game.
However, the problem with us is not in the training just as Welchy said.... we have too small a player base. The first thing would be to work on promotion and inviting a few of your friends to play - I tried a few times.... but unfortunately the longest person probably played 2 weeks.

By first, no worries because 8 Active youth academies are and optimal base for promoting enough players.

It's confirmed by the ongoing top quality and features of your NT Teams, it's impressive, especially if compared to community's resources.

I Just asked my friend in real Life DeddeKnight to start immediately his team rebuilding, so forming in some seasons a 10 players youth, picking from a total of five nations, already including Ireland.

We will search Just among normal and cheap picks who are usually going lost away, trying to valorize them if well talented.

After him, in a couple of season I will start by myself with same intentions, but with some more resources and available time for better results, very important in some crucial roles as striker.

I will try to propose similar help to other friendly users of mine.

At the present moment we will form those new young teams with top training for both of them, with first goal to male them suitable for theory U21 NT, much more for senior NT on long term.

We will check many players, but reselling on the market the unselected ones, so to don't waste any possible future resources for their NT.

We are focusing on five anglophone nations, but we will gladly dedicate more efforts for those more participative and enthusiast by the community.

So your welcoming Is the kind of first step I was searching for, as the most important one.

We are here just to be of help, at the best we can.

Thank you so much Antos, so appreciated. I think that the real fun in a game of this kind, Is to friendly cooperate for common goals.

No worries about community actual limits, I'm pretty sure that once the good approach Is shared in the community, this will also tend to grow with new users.

This community Is very kind and admirably dedicated, so It will be a pleasure for me to help this way, also by sharing you my opinione and suggestions about growing players, supporting NT Teams and talking about the game in general.

I will try to do It at my best and gently as I am, so without any undesidered effects for the community.

Ireland's NT managements has been greatly done since a lot of time, technically and about envolvement of users, wich Is mainly important.

Everything can improve more, it's important to give new life to long term projects together, i'm starting by helping from my own as first step.

If it's a new challenge, it's plently achievable.

I note that you have set up a similar topic in several other countries.... unfortunately nothing has changed in the game for a few weeks and the training places remain the same :P

So happy about that, It will be a pleasure for me.

I proposed my topic to six countries in total and I will focus more on best responding communities, Ireland is already in first places, with no doubt.
