Hello everyone. I would like to inform all Irish users that I will be a candidate to coach your national team. My name is Gregory and I returned to falconry a year ago after a break of more than 10 years. Last season I coached the Iceland national team and despite having the weakest squad I managed to score 10 points in a very strong group. However, I am looking for new challenges and that is why I am here, because I see great potential in your national team to win promotion to the coveted World Cup in the next qualifiers. Please, give me a chance and vote for me. Warm regards:)

Good luck I hope that you will win election and improve NT of Ireland and also will support skyland1 nd train Irish players:-)
Thanks colleagues for your support. I will do my best to achieve the best possible results and support the development of talented young people;)
If you win the election, do you plan to stay on for the WC qualification the following season? (Same question for both candidates)
That's why I'm here - it's my main goal to qualify for the World Cup.
This season is to prepare and test the optimum tactical solutions for next year's qualifiers. I have a big vision and a large range of tactical settings and I intend to take the
to continue to explore the development of young players by being in contact with the U-21 coach and, if possible, to bid for young players with potential and help them develop. I take the Ireland project very seriously and long-term.

We rarely have two candidates for the NT coach's seat. So let me ask you.
You do realise that promotion to the World Cup is not an easy thing when it comes to the Irish national team?
What kind of formation do you plan to play?

I am so aware. But all in all there is great potential in this team and players, but good tactics are very often at this level the key to success because you can gain a lot by skillfully leveling the opponent's strengths. Certainly I will play 5 defenders depending on the opponent centre, wing, sometimes maybe even one striker, low defense high everything depends on the tactics of the opponent because to each I will adapt individually. I have a few ready-made tactics which I will edit to suit the opponent. I love to create new tactics or edit them, I hope that my answer satisfied your question. Greetings
I have only just found the time to reply, you must forgive me.
I'm going to disagree with this potential.... The last 3 seasons have been PRIME as far as players in Ireland are concerned. It's only going to get harder to get promoted from now on, we have a smaller and smaller player base.
If anyone really cares about getting results here, they need to start from scratch - without promotion, without users, we won't achieve much.
I note that you have one vote each.... and it doesn't matter who wins this election. I would like everyone who contributes here to contribute something and start helping the Irish community.
Best of luck :-)

Coming from Iceland, for me there is much more potential here and there is a good chance to fight for promotion in the next qualifying round. And at the same time to do everything so that as many young people as possible appear for training so that later in a few seasons there will be a new nice generation. I wrote earlier that I am able to devote even if possible a few slots to training, if it goes in the right direction and all those who have an influence on the development of Ireland in the future will play to one goal:)
Out of 11 users, 7 have JS.
So honestly... you think that's enough to fight for the WC? Even if we had all the unearthly coaches in JS. It's the chance of promotion from season to season that will now diminish.
Instead of fighting for promotion to the WC - I would focus on training :-)

But I wrote in earlier posts that there is a chance to fight for promotion in future qualifiers and we know well that it is difficult or impossible to fight for titles with the current potential. But as I wrote you must always fight for the highest goals and at the same time try your best to engage in training young people who will bring results in the future. I don't know what the potential looks like in the U-21 or in the players who have come out of it now because there's no access to the skillet. But even if there are "lean years" because the team needs to be rejuvenated, this can happen anywhere, the most important thing is to come back stronger and with even greater potential.
