It's nice to see such commitment to the game, you don't often see that.
But you talk a bit in general terms.... You have 3-4 active users in Ireland, with less and less from season to season.
We've had our prime in the last few seasons and I think we all need to get used to finishing 3rd in the group.
To change things in Ireland you need a bigger player base, and to do that - you need to invest money in promotions.... Which the owners of the game don't have or don't want to spend?
I like someone doing more than talking. The only upside to all this is that the forum has become active.
It doesn't matter which one of you becomes the coach. I would like you both to stay and train the players if you care so much :-)

No, that's not true and completely undeserved accuses.
I just prefered to include most anglophone nations possible in my project, so trying to incentivate the ones who kindly better hosted my proposals, when announced them.
I am training and checking talent from dozens of young players from all english motherlanguaged countries, as you can see from the image below and as I proposed myself to do.

I proposed to buy from scratch those zero value players (or something more) with no market appeal, trying to let them have a chance for future NT Senior convocation.
As everybody can see, all full trained players are very promising and some of them are already in their U21 NT Team

By the way, I am constantly trying to improve my trainees quality by checking talent of new players, always trying to wait to sell the excluded ones, so everybody can train them buying from me at zero cost with their talent already checked, with images in their notes. As for Joe King, but nobody is buying him even at zero value.
Meanwhile, my Simon Branigan is definitely promoted for full training and he's an Irish 18yo, Cecil Chase is from USA 18yo and is fully promoted for advanced training. And so on for other players from Scotland, Australia, England, New Zealand and more other countries.
Instead, when searching on the market I saw often many owners trying to sell their NT players at least at 2 times their market value, probably trying to speculate on my possible interest on them. So even more reasonably I am buying and train players with no market value and appeal as I promised so to make them future NT suitable players, so with no loss for anybody. Even for me, since I'm not playing to overprice players to anybody, when buying them.
So please, I definitevely don't deserve any accuse of being "cheating" toward anybody. I consider this very offensive for me.
Instead, as I promised, I'm gathering anglophone players from the scratch of the no-value market so they can have a chance for senior NT convocation in the future. So being helpful with no loss for anybody, by me in doing that.

Thanks, I don't like doing an issue with distraction or superficially. I am perfectionist and I always focus on my duties, even if it is just being competitive in an online managerial game. :)
Responding to you, the Irish community is already quite numerous and active to be very competitive, as the quality of its team witnesses Senior NT.
When it comes to NT teams, a player park of over 100 possible available players for a team of 76-77 average evaluation means that you can evenly face any other NT team and I am quite sure that Ireland can even reach 80+ in a few seasons.
The big problems are when there are only 2 or less users/youth academies. As for the Nicaragua in the past, by the way after a serious refoundation I started with the players by 22 years of age, in five seasons the team has increased its average rating from 66-67 to 74-75.
For this reason, Ireland can do much and much better already for its base of over 10 active users and something less about youth academies, but the most important thing is to stimulate interest and participation around NT.
Furthermore, if elected I would probably consider dedicating my team to the training of the Irish player completely, since I am no longer very interested in internal competitions in my country.
Having said all this, I feel rather optimistic since the environment is ideal for doing very well and better than in the past, having just done better, but with less resources.

As for Chase and the other Americans you have in your squad, he's really not a good player, I would even prefer you to train one American, but a better one, with potential for the national team than the ones you have, because they have no potential.
Even if you didn't want to cheat anyone, ok, but did you choose those you chose out of ignorance because they were such weak players? At aTL there were 16-year-old players with more potential than those you can get for pennies.

You are talking about my team, where I train my players and they do that following my training plan and selected by my own criteria.
I sincerely don't understand such a need of aggressive attitude you are insisting on toward me, having been always polite with you, as everybody. What's your matter with me?
By the way, as just said, if they have potential it's all a question about their talent for each one and it will be reached on long term. That's pretty easy to understand.
I started my rebuilding since few weeks and now with 3/11 young trainees who already are in the roster of their U21 teams, even if I aim mainly for senior NT future convocations.
And I'm just finishing the very first phase of talent check for each one, as for Cecil Chase, who probably will grow greatly. Just to answer i'm not "ignorant" about player's potential.
Moreover, please we are in my thread for Ireland's NT candidature, so let's focus on its matters. Whose are very few, luckly. Ireland has a bright future ahead.

Do you think Ireland have a chance of playing at 80+?
In my opinion they don't even have a chance of coming close to that score. I have a lot of interest and knowledge of this NT market and I know where the potential is in the countries and I don't think there is one in Ireland. It would be useful to invite 10 new users to Ireland.... it would increase the player base.
I have tried several times to persuade my friends to play.... But after a few minutes they gave up playing.
What is the plan for this season? Will you be applying to the MINI World Cup at the international forum? :-)

Well, actual best rating of Ireland is already near 77, with 5 defender on the field and a roster of average age of 26.8.

Match ratings is also affected by the quality of play of each player, as more as he's engaged in action, so it's not an impossible goal.
But it's just to set a common goal for everybody, so to concentrate our efforts on to increase efficiency on developing players.
Most depends on long term planning by following growth of new 22+ aged players, so to increase possible convocations and granting team a better average form.
Communication with player's owner is essential, so to agree training plans and motivating them to continue it even when player is 26+ aged.
We can achieve it someway, or getting closer in few seasons.
About stimulating new player subscription, I will do my best to incentivate interest by participation, even playing friendly tournaments as the MINI World Cup..It would be a stimulating first check!

One day until the end of elections, so I'm about to expose some tactic examples.
Here's a sample match about my tactics with just 3 defenders, that I'm perfectioning recently.
Sample of match with 3 defenders tactic
When on NT duties, I tend to use more 4 defenders modules, as you can see below against an high level team, very aggressive on side attacks:
Sample of match with 4 defenders module
As you could see, I tend to a propositive tactics attitude, so making it fluid for pleasable matches to see.
I am plently motivated to the best at my best, as about for managing efficience and results on the field, so I kindly ask your vote:

Thank you very much friend!
I will be full busy of course, but all my most promising young players will continue to be trained, that's for sure. No worries anybody.
