I'm here to present my renewed candidature for next season, so to try achieving qualification for next World Cup.

I humbly present statistics for all 11 matches played until now:

Final stats (within regular time 90 or 120 minutes):

Victories/Draw/Loss: 5/4/3
Goals scored by Ireland: 24
Goals conceded by Ireland: 17
Total shots made by Ireland: 100
Total shots faced by Ireland: 78
Total fouls committed by Ireland: 29
Total fouls committed by Ireland's opponents: 37
Average total possession of the ball by Ireland: 50.47%
Total offsides by Ireland: 31
Total offsides by Ireland's opponents: 26

It's important for me to specify these results has been obtained always playing realistic modules for modern football, so without completely asymmetric modules and neither five man in line defense, as most coaches does at NT levels. So to offer an enjoyable match to view every saturday.

Not secondary, it has been done a great work of management and observation, so granting a bright future for next generations of NT players.

The elections have just concluded, and with great joy, I once again receive your trust, having retained all the votes from the previous election. I have been absent from leading the National Team for several seasons, and competitiveness has significantly increased. Today, many skilled and experienced managers are wisely guiding National Teams, and each match requires meticulous preparation.

I believe you wanted to reward my commitment, dedication, and punctuality in organizing and communicating the work done, even when some matches did not go as planned. I sincerely thank you for renewing your trust in me. I will strive to continue the good work, always with the goal of improving results on the field, whether today or in the future when conditions are more favorable.

We have a very strong team, and I am excited to attempt the upcoming World Cup qualifiers, where we have good chances. We will also need some luck, which has been hard to come by for me, as I have unfortunately faced public threats of matches sabotage in my recent past, even at the National Team level. I hope this is a closed chapter and that our team can be luckier in the coming season.

I will do my best to ensure the team plays well, making Saturday matches enjoyable for everyone and a source of pride for Ireland. I wish all of us a season full of satisfaction. Thank you again, friends.

The commitments for the World Cup qualifiers are finally over, we only finish fourth but actually only the direct clashes with Australia have gone badly. The rest of the games were well played, as far as we could, so much so that we deserved up to five more points in the standings. In concluding my management, please appreciate the great work of renewing the squad that I have done in collaboration with the owners of the various players, which will allow Ireland to reach even higher levels of quality in the future. This is particularly with regard to the very efficient attacking department, which as early as next season will be able to include many young players as possible starters who are already ready or almost. Personally, I am no longer motivated to play hard in this small management game, which I like less and less, as I see it personally, in its stagnation and unreliability.

In fact, I am pleased to reveal that I have recently played in a Nations League and an eSport World Cup with the blue jersey of the Italian national team, in the role of goalkeeper, where I am considered one of the best ever, so much so that I have been playing for several months in one of the most titled teams in Italy, already winner of the Champions League CPG and in fact we are very launched for the next upcoming season on the next FC 25 platform.
Football that I have a bit in my DNA, so much so that for several years I have been recommending a nephew of mine who is already Italian young league champion, top scorer and rising star of the youth national team as well as the youngest professional rookie in the history of women's football, in real sports. So I greet you, thanking the Irish community for the wonderful welcome and sympathy, asking you to appreciate that anyway, dedicating only a little time to this game every month, however I will gladly continue to train the many Irish and non-Irish players, who will certainly be useful to the NT tomorrow.
