I'm absolutely sorry but this weekend I've been more concentrated in assisting parent in hospital, so didn't prepare the match as I really wished.

Infact, I also mistaked a substition in the second half. But it's just a minor detail.

Since many matches, our players seems having their skills heavily decreased.

Today i've seen two of our player with level 18 Technique and 15-17 form, losing ball in every tackle made by opponent's defenders.

Instead, our defense was formed by players 17+ Defense and 17 form, whose have lost even two or three tackles so often in this match.

As usual, playmaking decisions of our player where simply fool, choosing always long passing or backfield passing, instead of normal playing.

There's something wrong here in our best player's performance. A proof of that is that our rating is now still just 73-74, while in first matches was 76-77 and since that many of our players increased form and skills.

So I'm really sorry but I cannot substitute myself to the virtual players who are playing in the field.

By the way, I will still try to do my best each week. Sorry and thanks again.

After outing the main disappointment, let's comment furtherly the match.

Talking about numbers, if 46% ball possession and 51% time on opponent's half produces just one shot to goal, this seems senseless to me. Our best players seemed as zombified, no more able to resist a single tackle.

Briefly, there's nothing to save today, apart from learning a lesson.

Against these teams, so strong in defense, a completely different approach Is needed, starting from player's choice prefereneces.

So I should get back to the style of first matches.

This week I couldn't focus on the match as desired, as already explained. Real Life has its priority.

World Cup qualifies are about to start, and my will Is to grant plenty of my efforts.

We are ready to start World Cup Qualifications!! :)

Tomorrow we will start WCQ against Australia, one of the outsiders of the group who can compete for qualifications as for Ireland and U.A.E., so to menace Belgium and Nederlands for the first two places.

These last two leading teams will matchup tomorrow, while U.A.E. has an easy first match against a Ghana with still with too few means to really compete.

So it will be important to achieve a victory or at least a draw, then wishing for a balanced group where almost all teams will be well motivated to play their chances for final qualifications.

Australia is a very good team as for player's choice, a bit underdeveloped in its potential, considering its community activity and their U21 NT's overall ratings.

The new coach is Mangol, who is already well experienced in NT management and after succeding a long term management by local champion Cometer, now has all the support of community as being charged to incentivate its involving toward NT issues by first.

Same objective for me here in Ireland, but I have a couple of recent bad matches to forget and let you forget, trying to regain back your enthusiasm toward Ireland's NT and the chance of qualifications. All debates will be welcomed by me, including possible critics. Involving community by first, is important also for me.

Will I be able to do so? The match is on its final tactical adjustments, so trying to prepare the best possible approach. Whole our team is in very good shape, so we can wish together for an enjoyable and competitive qualifications route.

At last, after a first season of friendlies we are about to face the matches that really counts, aiming for World Cup participation. So cross fingered for tomorrow and I invite everybody to enjoy following the Greens, go Ireland!!

This time nothing to say sorry about. The match has been well prepared as usual, this time with a rock solid midfield and top form strikers, with efficient substitutions.

Again, the whole Ireland NT played as being a rating 50 team, as having 0 in playmaking. Uncommon team rating Say It all.

Our strikers never managed to win decisive tackles, never gaining speed and always recovered from behind, neither against defenders in low form, or shooting when finally inside the box.

Instead, opponent's striker shoot promptly from all positions.

Even if being taller, our defenders lost almost every head contest.

Please take note this match had the same shoot tabel of the last one against England, somebody is still joking from game manipulators. I received open menace in my past, that my matches would have been sabotated, and this is the evidence.

So I'm completely disgusted to play again in evidently tricked matches, in a game who is no reliable anymore.

I cannot continue this way, without a minimum chance to be competitive in a evidently tricked game. Tricked against me as already declarately happened in the past.

I will continue at the minimum necessary next issues until the end of the season, just to respect the community who hopefully will comprehend me.

I will be glad to continue just to train my players, so to gift the community competitive players for the future, to a more protected and lucky manager as I wish.

everyone who loses explains that the game engine was not favorable to him... The fact is, I watch your work all the time, you have strange tactics and you waste the potential of individual players in Ireland, the match with Australia, coached by an experienced Polish manager, did not go as you expected, you only fired 1 shot against Australia's 18... focus on the basics, the defense line and attack at the same level, use the strengths of Irish players and work on tactics and maybe the results will come, let's see how it goes. What's next in the eliminations...

Take a breath and review the game tomorrow. The game can be frustrating, as we all know.

Let me start by saying that height in this game has nothing to do with winning head-to-head duels.
You can't give up after one match, take it easy. There's an opportunity to get three points next week and try to do it. I wish you the best of luck!!!
I myself have a problem in the game, the effectiveness of my opponents is always 50%, it is annoying because a small chance to score a goal ends with it :-)

Hi,
I saw your match today. I don't have a big experience in NT, but I played in the past in second league of Poland and I have never seen that you can play strikers as Wing. The sokker has possibility to prepare interested solution, but some set are common:-) maybe next time please try to put strikers in the middle of the pitch it should help :-) I know that Ireland should have good strikers because they played in u21 during my time in Ireland:-)

Can you please explain me whose wasted top player are you talking about?

Since last three weeks every match seems literally wicked, even of I prepare each one carefully as usual.

Our players moves and decide actions as being totally silly, take a careful look to their behavour when in open space with ball, you will notice it.

Just confront latest matches with my first ones, says It all.

Even Banker in top form seems as just a normal striker.

Antos, it's totally unuseful, just an illusion I don't want to feed.

Since many months, one player declaring having friends in real life in game staff menaced me repeatedly on forum that my matches would have been hardly sabotated, even Ireland's ones as he said recently, and so is happening as predictable.

That's easily the truth.
