Hello, I'm Grosik, I've been playing sokker for 18 years, currently I'm playing with my team in the Polish Ekstarklasa. My first national team, which I managed for 2 seasons, was Iran and 4 seasons in the Philippines, with which I was close to qualifying for the World Cup in the 68 season after winning against Uruguay and Greece, among others.

If you win the election, do you plan to stay on for the WC qualification the following season?

What would you say is your style of tactics, in particular for a weaker team playing a stronger opponent?

Yes, that is the goal, to play a season with friendly matches and lead the selection process so that next season we can fight for promotion to the World Cup

My basic tactic is 5 defenders, in matches against a better opponent I often prefer to play with 1 effective striker

Do you plan to train Irish players?

Yes. I want to invest in young players so it could be young Irish players
