It is a great honor for me to have won the elections. It is a great achievement for me to lead the Irish national team. Thank you to everyone who voted for me.
Thank you!
I am currently entering player skills into my database.

What do you think about Irish players. Do you think that you will have chance to play on World Cup level :-)
My first impression is very positive about the players' abilities.
There is plenty of choice for goalkeepers. The defenders will have some players who, due to their age, will no longer be at national team level next season when the qualifiers are to be played. The midfielders are also fine and the selection in this position will get even stronger, because I see 25-27 year old players training as well. Among the attackers, we have an older star, whose absence will be felt, but the players can be said to be good in this position as well.
This season, we must achieve that NT remains among the first 48 in the world ranking. This is a solvable task. After that, we have to hope for a good draw at the WC qualification. If I have to say about the chance now, I'm optimistic about it :)

We will play our first game on Mini World Cup against Japan.
We have 2 injured (Banker and English) and 1 suspensed (Johns) players. I created my first tactic and trust a good start on this season with Ireland NT.

I have finished updating the skill changes. I am currently monitoring the data of a total of 142 players, and I hope that this list will be expanded with young people coming from YS.
NT age group (over 21 years old) - There are 7 skill jumps and 1 skill drop (Number of players listed: 80)

I would like to say a special thanks to the Irish sokker community, who train 40 players who are on my above mentioned list.
I will try to post here all the skill moves I have seen this week with players coached by members of the Irish sokker community.
