Very good player. I hope he continues to develop in the same good way.

I won my first game with Ireland. It was difficult, tactics don't exactly work as I planned. Basically, I tried different tactics in the two halves. In the first half, a more closed, staying more at the back, almost a copy of the tactics I played with my club team, Vasas. Well, unfortunately, this was not effective.

Then during the break (regardless of the result) I switched to another tactic, which is much more offensive. The defensive line and the No. 6 position were a little higher, and I was able to run the strikers in for long passes better. Well, that worked much better.

In the end, after several missed chances, we just scored the winning goal, so it was a good start for us. I am satisfied with the result, and the team play will be even better as I continue to adapt the tactics to the players.

Unfortunately, today's match did not go well. I concentrated on my own tactics, even though today it would have been more useful to adapt against the expected tactics of the opponent.

These weeks are about getting to know the players, who can be assigned which role in a given tactic. We have a bit of a shortage in the midfield, unfortunately yesterday Waters was injured for 23 days, even though he is the key figure in the midfield.

Lietuva-Ireland 2-0

During the election period, it was said that the most important wish was for the future NT-captain to help train Irish players. This is a natural need in a sokker country like Ireland where the number of users is low. I will try to comply with this request, and this way I also say again thanks to those who voted for me during the election.

I would like to show the current position. I had the opportunity to buy three fresh young players, that's how many free training slots I currently had available. These three players are Ben Donaghey, Kaz Young and Buster Myrell who will be training in my team.

In addition, I asked another Hungarian friend of mine to help, this team is Barossi Hungária. My friend trains two players Dwayne McManus and Robin Conner. I also have a promise from another friend that he will help me in training if a remarkable Irish player comes.

I would like to report one more piece of good news: Today I got an answer that a new Youth School will be opened next season, from which more Irish players will be expected to arrive.

We played against a stronger team, which was reflected in the average rating: Azərbaycan 81.3 - Ireland 75.5.

Again we played a new tactic and I think it worked quite well. A similar tactic will be required in the WC qualifiers against stronger opponents.

Robert Duddy was injured last night, so he didn't play today, so I gave the opportunity to the 25-year-old Wale, who played for the first time in the National Team.
