What would you say is your style of tactics, in particular for a weaker team playing a stronger opponent?

Most definetely ! To be honest, I was looking for a team from a lower pot to try my tactics and ideas. I will try it in the friendlies next season, gives me enough time to evaluate the players and future of the Irish NT.
I won the WC with Hrvatska, although no one saw us there.
Dominated the Final game vs Romania (which was much stronger team)
Now I want to see if I could achieve something with a lower ranking NT.

Hey trga,
the impressive result you did at the last World Cup certainly deserves respect.
The problem in Ireland is with quality players, there are really no good juniors to train.
Here you need someone to start training ‘from scratch’ :-)

Yeah, juniors are a concern since the active player base is so small, but we do manage to get a few good ones out each season. What's really important for the NT to be successful is a manager that will engage with the active users and keep encouraging people to train the quality players to fit the needs of the NT

It is the common problem in every small sokker nation. What we do in Croatia, is that some uf us "older users" give up on results on the A team, and buy and train the croatian youngsters. That way, we build on the future of the NT.

This is where you need to start training any players to achieve something. We have less and less users every season. Just a season ago I remember there were 17 users - maybe not all of them were active.... but that number has dropped to 10!

It would be really useful for someone new to register, someone active who has time :-)

Why Ireland trga?
I've seen that you've already competed in several countries over these last few days and I wonder if your motivation is similar, that you're about to give up on our project? :-)

yeah, ive planned on UAE but saw Ireland. I will not give up :)
