Ok great, thanks thats a huge help i know it used to take ages but looks like they have changed it a bit.
Just as a bit of a heads up i plan to use this weekends game as a bit of a free hit and test some things so i dont expect a great result. We will play U20 as a preparation for the Druids Cup next week and i have a good handful of players on bot teams that i would like to get freed up and transfer listed.
Think the plan worked (result aside) got bots/bankrupt team players moved onto new homes where they will hopefully recieve training and get moving, and got a couple i wanted myself :)
As you might (or might not) of notice i have cleared the squad ahead of Druids Cup action which starts on Saturday, its just easier for me to construct the squad from nothing and check off my list to make sure all areas are covered. I will make a start tomorrow so you should see call ups but i will also make a squad sheet will all the relevant info etc.. its a tough group as expected but i find it valuable rather than using the current 21s in friendlies that aren't going to be around of the next World Cup cycle (and most potentially opponents are either in Druids or AFCON/Copa America etc..)

Devenney has hit his goals in main skills for now (2x16) and can coast on to 17/18 over time. Moving on to the three sides as of today. Kid is a monster!
I can hardly await to have him available at the Senior Team, great job Welchy!

Right, its that time of year for the Druids Cup. This is the squad i will go with and probably keep for the remainder of the season (unless someone improves hugely) rather than bring any 21s back for the final game of the season. As expected its a tough group.. Vietnam look very good, Denmark have some good players and we should beat Andorra, but as ever i will give it my all and try and spring an unlikely surprise :)

Ireland 2 - 1 Andorra
Made hard work of it but eventually got over the line, will need a good few tweaks to things before next weekend and can hopefully get Mick Hoey back (Definitely didnt want to risk another injury) for some added quality. Surprised the other group game ended 1-1 but a fair bit to find on ratings vs Denmark next week.

Denmark 3 - 1 Ireland
Was fairly close even with a gap in the ratings, but an early cheesy rebound goal kind of set things off to a poor start and despite levelling the quality difference showed in the end. Finish up at home to Vietnam for a tough final game.

A good first half but just can't sustain it and the quality showed in the end.
Think this will be my last season with Ireland. I have loved my 3 seasons and given it as much attention and time as i could, but with my team getting relegated out of the Premiership and needing a rebuild i won't have the training slots avaliable that you guys desperately need for the Irish players so may look for somewhere else. Hope whoever takes it on can do their bit to help out with development, and support the couple of guys that are the key producers of Irish Talent.

Thanks for the last 3 seasons work. It's a tough job with the shallow pool of players we have.
Congrats mate for your dedication! It is not easy to manage teams with a low database, here every player counts.
