Your partipation would be appreciated while we're waiting for you to promote. If you have any questions i'm sure the people above you would be glad to assist.

Hopefully these new 4 will stick around, seeing as they're pretty much guaranteed of being promoted.

Things have suddenly improved. We have a potential 7 active teams to promote, only a couple have already wrapped up their leagues though so help the other ones out if you can.
