Have you guys read this?

In the upcoming season new skill "tactical discipline" will be introduced. This new skill reflects how accurately the player will follow the tactic during the match.

Tactical Discipline is depends on two subskills:

Experience:
- More matches played, more experience
- Activity during each match
- Type of match (friendly, official, national team)
- Players at lower levels of experience increase the skill faster than players with higher levels

Experience has been calculated for all players and all matches ever played and is visible in your players' information.

Team-work:
- Represents how well a coach can teach tactics and how much the player has learned with that club
- Changes during training each week like other skills, independent of the training type selected. The growth depends primarily on head coach's general appraisal. This means that it could even drop if you change to a coach with lower general appraisal.
- Depends on time played in week matches like any other skills
- Assistants help to increase team-work, but their influence is lower then on other skills
- Older players' team-work increases and decreases in slower (they are more "change resistant")
- After every transfer, team-work of the transferred player drops down to the lowest value

Team-work has been set to the lowest possible value for every player (but don't worry - it's trained very fast). Within a few weeks it should equalize near your head coach's general appraisal.

All official matches during current season (qualification games) will be played with previous version of match generator so tactical discipline is not used.

Dribbling Keeper
Additionally, we have changed skill related with dribbling past a goalkeeper. Now success for this will depend on the player's scoring and keeper's goalkeeping skills only.

- After every transfer, team-work of the transferred player drops down to the lowest value

that's strange - if a NT player change team it drop also... but he still play in the same national team!

The alternative is worse for NTs i think...

A lot of NT's switch players based on opponents fairly frequently.... Or form or injuries etc... Poland changes also because some managers don't want their players used much...

So if TW was based on consecutive games played (drops when the player doens't play) with just the NT, it would be harsh.

Anyway, when a player joins a new team for his primary responsibility, it makes sense that he'd be confused a bit about positioning anyway, as he was learning a new system and that may spill over to his work with NT which may be stable (ok mebbe that's a push, but work with it :)

As for the original question, no, i dont like it. I dont think the engine needed that much changing. This may be because i'm still pissed off with the whole thing though.
