Subject: [NT] Raul - New Quality :)

Hi! :)

I decided to take part in election for new NT manager in Your country. Why? First - because i spent some time in Your country and now i have an affinity to Ireland. :) Second - maybe my english isn`t perffect, but i think that it`s good enough to communicate with You. Third - after couple months playing sokker i think that i have enough knowledge to take National Team.

About me:) I`m playing in Polish V.063 Divisionnow. I was promoted to this division without playoff, from one of the strongest polish VI Divisions (about 26 position in ranks of 1024 VI leagues). I spent a lot of time in sokker, and i think that i learn a lot through this time about this game:) Don`t forget that sokker was created by Polish - so it was easier for me to learn from them:)

Ok:) Now some arguments. What i want to do with NT?

1. Database - Poland and also some others countries have a National Data Base. National DB is very helpfull for NT manager, but also for any manager who wants to add his player to NT. How does it work? It looks similar as transfers at the left side. a NT manager could see all players they were added to base, and use a search parameters, so it`s easy to see best players for him. I asked a creator of polish DB if it will be possible to introduce a DB for Ireland. He said that it isn't a problem.
2. Tactics - this is probably the most important thing in sokker. In my games i used a lot of different tactics, i always trie to make tactics which use rival`s mistakes. The same i would to do in NT. I can`t tell You now what tactic will I play - it depends on rivals, and players i will have in my NT.
3. Players - now we have in sokker a new skill - Tactical Discipline. A National Team players should have it as high as possible, so it will be important to get the chance in friendly games for young players - they are a future of NT and they should get at most experience as it is possible.
4. Competitions - in Poland, to make NT more popular, NT manager organises a competitions for others managers from country.For example, in Poland we have competitions for NT logo, for tip the result of NT games, and more, more others. The winner could get a 2 months "plus", or his best player will have a chance to play in friendly for few minutes:)

You are right that's good to know what we do wrong - but for me it's quite unfair to criticise somebody else - in this kind of speach anyone should concentrate on himself not on rivals:)

there is a time to criticise, and there is a time for election:) when it's together it's only an "unfair political game";)

i sow Nin speach and I realized that i forgot to say about one thing:

NT friendlies:) - i think that the best rivals for Irish NT will be a little bit stronger teams. when we play with better teams it's possibility to test tactics for more important games. some games i would play with weak teams. why? bwecouse it will be possiblility to test for example young players. some games with U-21 could be helpful for Irish NT. i think also to organize a game with wery strong rivals like Poland - but only with polish u-21 or secound squad (like some polish games in this season, in wich played players from - for example - IV or V polish division)

Turnout: 15,15% - wow:) better than in Poland:)

@Nin - i played 4-3-3 in most games - it's great tactics:) if You have 3 good mids, You should play like this. look my game last week - i played that tactics and i win with second squad with IV division team.

How would you feel about a simialar tactic to the one used by Serbia to beat Bosnia 14-0?

3-4-3 with a box type midfield.

3-4-3 i much prefer. It means your forwards arent directly infront of your mids and it's easier to pass to them, you also get more service from out wide and it's easier to win the ball from goal kicks.
4-3-3 i think only works really sucessfully against teams who cant defend or teams just plain aren't much good.

Should i tell people what i think the line -up for saturday might be and we can take bets on who's gonna be the closest?

You can do, i suspect it'll be pretty close to the last game. Maybe with 3 up front

serbia is good enough to beat bosnia with every tactics:)

but it was a litle similar to my 4-3-3 don't You think? serbia played by the midle, only diference was that they had 2 def-mids not one as i sugested.

i think that 4-3-3 wich i shown is better - becouse att have problems with only 3 defs, not 5 as in serbia-bosnia, and one def-mid should be enough agaist bosnia att.

4 in the middle and the rest at the back somewhere with 1 in goal.
