Subject: [NT] dth Revan

Hi to everybody, above all to the people that have to heart the fates of your NT!
It is not rhetorical, but it expresses my thought...for yours national it will be important:
1) invest on the young players (i know it that is very risky, because at the beginning it will be not easy to make resulted. ..but will be an effort for a better future...i hope);
2) create a DATABASE of the players to control the developments of this players;
3) talk and cooperate with the club manager for train better yours NT player.

I think to be appropriate to this mission, because always I betted on the young players also in my club-team ( “Italian statistics” – 18. Spartak Porcellengo ).

I have already a staff of managers to help myself, especially my second-trainer ( Fornit )

p.s. My experience: I am playing to Sokker from 5 seasons and i am in the third italian series (Serie C.10)

Sorry to single you out here but there are a few things to mention with regard to the various election speeches :)

1- Ireland have a NT Database for the last 2 seasons. Mentioning you will create one shows a distinct lack of research.

2 - "Invest in the young players" What does that mean? There is no benefit to a player in playing a NT match so why play them before they're ready? Enlighten me please :) Have you just copied and pasted a Hattrick election speech?

Like I said, sorry to pick on you out of everybody but I'm getting bored of sifting through the election spam.

you are wrong, now with the new skill experience might be a very important factor in this game in a few seasons from now, and who will play then? the youngsters that you might use now

Do you know if there is much (or any) experience bonus for NT games compared to other games though. Presumably it's the same as for other skills where its only 30% compared to a league game which gives you full training anyway.

I haven't been around enough in the last few weeks to keep track of the topics on this, you could well be right :)

i don't think anyone can know for sure, however i'v seen NT players with resonably high experience level thus i suspect that those games give experience at least as a league game

If it's not going to push it much past the 90+% you get from league games it's not really worth it really. NT players generally play a lot more league games than others so the higher experience could be just from that.

Nice to see a foreign NT applicant who knows what he's talking about though :)

you have reason, but I have expressed badly......I wanted to say that:
- i will create a public DATABASE of the players; i know that Executor have a NT database, but it is private....in my opinion a public Database is more easy to use by a foreigner (that have a irish player).

I dont see a public database being a popular idea amongst the top club teams.

I think You are wrong:) i said also about public database in my speach.:)

this kind of DB is wery popular in most of strong sokker NT. it's easy to find players for NT manager, and also it's easy to add player to DB.:)

I guess it depends on how much information would be public.

i am not agree with Dudave: the new skills "Tactical Discipline" is not so strategical (only for DEF will be very important)....in addition "Team-work" help to increase quickly at good level this skills (Tactical discipline).

I think that is very important to "Invest in the young players" because:
- (this is prosaic) the young players increase more quickly than other player (25 years onwards); so i think there isn't reasons for lose time with the players above the 25 years....

-and then.....You know that the players (when play for the NT) train themselves better?!....namely a NT player enhance his skills more rapidly than the same player not NT. (i know this because i already trained two NT players)....for this it is important that the young players arrive first in NT

it doesnt work in that way:)

everybody can add player, but use a DB can only a National manager (he have a password to database)

read also about DB in my speach hire:)

the database is pubblic, not the skills of the player ;)


p.s. i will create a public site where to update the NT player

yes!!! it is the same DataBase that i want to create.
