Thats pretty much what i've got setup in Excel, only i'd have to ask around instead of letting people volunteer. More work for me but meh.

From experience, people are reluctant in general to volunteer, you'll have to pester people, and even then some may not give you player skills.

Seems to be more work from users who you don't speak the language as. When I was in the England job, there was some user that was really eager to give skills etc and understood my SK mails. Then all of a sudden one day they stopped understanding English...

I might have a way round the language barrier. Most of our players are based in Ireland anyway.

There are quite a few in Poland that may be out there as "hidden gems" though.
