It's a bit of an unknown i guess. Cant do anything but pick the best team you have.
Personally while i'd love a proper U-22 team, at the moment i think it's a little pointless as there is no competition for them and you only end up with a load of 21 year olds anyway. I'd rather just concentrate on the 1st team.
I would also hope that the U-22 team would be run by a seperate manager. I think trying to run 3 teams, one of them would suffer.

It's should be good to make a new trap.
Youngers players are more crazy and undisciplined so you could test traps without nobody understand it .
What's a trap???
It's easy , for example you have to do a strong side attack in your tattics instead during the match will be not that but you 'll use other side or the central zone for your offensive actions !!!

How come me players play better for Ireland than my club?? - Does this happen everyone or are my tactics just crap? - e.g. Chawla got 51 points against Sweden but 38 a few days earlier for club?

depends on where you place a player in your tactics and also depends on the opponent.

yes i agree with you, but there is another reason , karloss player for his club plays in front of the defence while for Ireland plays central defender and maybe the right position , becouse it depends on the playmaker skill and passing skill could have few problems so try central defender peraphs will be better like Ireland.:)
deffenders generaly tend to get better marks in national teams, cause they have more job to do :)

well, if you quote someone you better be sure you quote him properly, and me puting you in front of your mistake doesn't make me arogant.

Maybe Arrogant is too hard as term, I think another term would be more suitable, but I don't know his translation in English, in Italian is "Supponente"
