You only have to find 2.

Jon McKeon at GB Rovers i think. I did start looking at what the youth team would be like last season and gave up in the end because they're not in great supply.
Nope, he's not been played or trained since he joined them. A shame because he looked trainable.

no they're not but I think It's important if we ever want to have a realistic chance at doing well.
I think a lot of these guys have overlooked the fact that some of my results would have been better if i had better players or strikers on form.
It's all about tactics and Magic Spells with them.
It'd be nice if this time next year we had our very own Malec.(Croatia)

I think i should probably start the youth monitoring programme again. I had planned to start it on Sunday if i get elected but no need to wait actually.
This is how McKeon came out
Jon McKeon, age 20
value: 115 750 €, wage: 1 550 €
very good form
adequate stamina,
adequate pace,
excellent technique,
average passing,
unsatisfactory keeper
very good defender
hopeless playmaker
hopeless striker
And he hasn't been trained or sold :(

Starting 11 for Saturday
1 Philip Cryan GK
2 Andrew McCauley New
3 Mick Robinson New
4 Conor Morris
5 Derek Docherty New
6 Stuart Gilchrist
7 Richard Hanrahan (Stamina, then Defending)
8 Richard Barry-Murphy
9 Gerard Crossley
10 Jim Caffrey
11 Mike Tilson
8/11 Already in The Squad, not Bad.
Cryan Will be a little pissed off being relegated to the U-22 squad
I have no subs so I'm just gonna leave the Normal Sub line-up the way it is.
*Cough*
Fairclough Frenye and Lizraga etc..
Anyway...
I think if we can concentrate on getting these 11 guys well trained the future will be Bright.

Gilchrist for the next week is getting stamina, then it'll probably be back to playmaking for another season although i'm looking at other options.
Mick Robinson is 22 i think. I'm assuming U-22 means players under 22, not 22 or under.
and fairclough is 28 but he's likely to force his way on after 45 mins.
Seriously though
Mick robinson only just turned 22 and the date of birth has to be on or before the 1st november.

Take a look at Christian Coyne, he's just 19 but i think he looks like a future international.
I've just been given the stats for him, he'd be a certainty if not for his technique

whats the minimum that you are looking for - would you consider someone like the follwoing:
poor stamina,
adequate pace,
poor technique,
good passing,
good defender
adequate playmaker
adequate striker
poor stamina,
adequate pace,
poor technique,
good passing,
good defender
adequate playmaker
adequate striker
For the 1st team or the youths?
If he's a youth he's ok but needs stamina and another 2 levels in his main skill. I'm looking for players rating above 40 as i'm concentrating firmly on the first team.

Jirkas advice on not overplaying Matthews has done wonders for his form, he hit incredible today. It's a pity I didn't know this before the qualifications :(
If you win Nin (touch wood) players like Cryan, Keenan and Armstrong can hopefully be sorted out by some judicious selection between you and the club managers. It might be tough, especially with the cup going on at the start of the season but with our pool of players we need to give ourselves any advantage we can.
Thanks again Jirka for pointing out the bleeding obvious :)
