Subject: [NT] klawy_gosc

Hi!

First of all I'd like to say that I love your ground, it's grount (or something like that). What I wanted to say that I was in your country last holidays and it was absolutely awsome! Dublin is great, Galway is also marvelous! Even Cork it's beautiful, although I haven't been there already :]
The worst city is belfast! ugly people and you know... anglicans! bleeee

But the question that it's probably the most important for ya it's what about my sokker experience
So...
I'm the manager of klawy_team It's probably the best team in the world, but nobody knows about it, because it's a secret so pssssssssst...
I have strong tactic called ultra goal ver.4 and I snapped very good players. Moreover I know what to train in which sequence.
What I offer to you is my heart. I'll manage Ireland team the best I can.

Propositions:
- The most important is good communication - we must cooperate to build strong team, so I'll be glad to hear from ya all good recommendations
- We need to spar with strong teams - because I'm from Poland, and nowadays if you wanna have good coach it must be from poland, so many NT have polish coaches, so it'll be easy to spar with them
- In my opinion Ireland has a great oportunity to become strong league and national team in the future. And what is important, it's only a matter about a good decision about your coach

What's more to say, it is important to choose NT not from your country. It will be easier to mange your team if I don't compete in your legaue.
Also you don't have so many teams and players that it would be impossible to search for the best ones ;)
Because of that I am wondering, why some of candidates are offering plan of creating group of scouts. The main problem in your NT is a suitable tactic and manging, not good search.
Last NT results are dissapointing so it is time for change!
