Subject: Youth Monitoring

Nin [del] to All
I'd like everyone to paste their youth team players that are 16 weeks or under into this thread.
We're sorely lacking young players coming through and those that do need to have an eye kept on them once they have popped.

nicw youth you have there!

what is your coach level if i may ask?
2006-11-22 11:45:56
Outstanding, I might invest in a magical coach this season. I need some new trainees pretty badly so hoperfully I won't get another magical level keeper :)
2006-11-22 12:24:57
fyi, some polish managers say the improvement between outstanding and magical is not worth the increase in wage.
2006-11-22 12:29:48
some polish managers have a unearthly coach:) (about 3 managers have it) they say that he is great:)

only a few:) most of them like to have best coach as they could find:)

It's small margins alright at that level but I figure it could make a difference. Even if it only increased junior training by a small amount it might make an outstanding junior a magical one over 20 or so weeks.
2006-11-22 13:04:28
exactly:) they also aren't so expencieve - You can find a magical coach with wage 38k euro. (i sow also magical coaches with only 36k)
2006-11-22 13:11:10
well as long as you have a budget then there's no stopping from getting an unearthy one :)
2006-11-22 13:18:01
yeah:) all unearthly coaches in poland were recruted by luck only:)
