Yep, but we try to achieve as fair elections as possible! ;-)
There are always people who try to win by acting unfairly. Especially in smaller countries we very often have complaints from managers who got spammed.
Anyway, hopefully everything's gonna be fine here! ;-)

I thought that was great- we completely dominated in midfield and your striker placement was spot on. I thought Colbert and Coyne were particularly strong. Considering the strikers we were up against I thought our defence limited them to very few chances as well.

Curley had the best chance right at the end with his point blank shot. Stapleton looked quite good and Cryan was solid as usual.

Apparently they had more shots.
I'm going to need to look at the goalkicking positions with the 4-man midfield. I saw it a few weeks ago but the keepers struggle to pass when there is only 2 targets.

Yep, thats what i've been preparing for this season. Hopefully we'll get an easier draw than the last time i took qualifying.

going to be hard to get an easy draw coming from a 3rd seed where in all likeliness only the top 2 of each group + highest 2 3rd places will go through since there are 15 groups. Unless the format is something different.

I think it'll be 14 groups again. That would be better, giving more chance of taking a 3rd place. I'll be targeting 2nd in the group anyway.

Looks like it will be 15. We'll need to steal a few points off the top teams. Always possible. Unfortunately the season has ended a little short for us. A couple more games and we could have caught Portugal in 30th.

Players have aged. I'll be emptying the database as normal later on today.

World Cup groups have been made. It's a pretty good draw. The 3 teams below us really shouldnt offer any kind of problem. Now as for the teams above, getting Spain is unfortunate but i think they're doable. We could have got any easier draw than Denmark but i'll settle for it.

I've just looked through the other groups, it's a fantastic draw. Pretty much every other group is balanced with 4 teams that could get top 3 places.

You avoided the 5 teams groups -> check. You therefore avoid the disadvantage of having 6 less points available then anyone else.

You drew a pretty useful group also as Danmark are beatable, and the rest you should defeat comfortably although Bolivia is on the way up.

Still think you need to finish 2nd to qualify though.

I think 2nd will be difficult because of the teams below us not offering much competition. We'll probably need to take 4 points off Denmark to get 2nd.
