and always I set the squad 1 month before (in any situation)

about of NT coach, I think that I don´t go again, because the 3rd place in group J, for me, was a failure.

anyway, in 2 seasons, we rise around 300 pts and 7 places in NT rank; I think that this next season, Ireland can be Top 32 (we have 2000 pts, Top 32 are around 2300 pts... very possible in 1 friendly season)

on the top 32, Ireland can have high chances on the next WC Qualy.

Ireland have nice managers, like Shane, maybe he could be the next coach.

The good thing about the MWC is that you dont have to schedule so many games.
