I really dont get whats going on with that midfield at the moment. They're being disposessed every single time they're challenged for the ball and their passing is terrible. There is absolutely no reason for any of it.

I dont know what the hell is going on with the throwins either. I spent 20 minutes sorting that out and then they just go and ignore it.

I'm not sure how much updating the database needs doing but if anyone wants to send me their recent players stats i wouldn't mind sorting it out again. I'm just not going to mail you all again because...

Thats our fixture list for the moment. What do you lot think of taking Italy in that last game? I'd like to play them because i think we can take them but i'm also aware that if we dont qualify from the group, we need a good position in the rankings for next season.

We're all set but i've got this horrible premonition that what benefitted me in the cup game last night is going to screw us in this game. Namely a red card or an injury in a key position :(

I wont be on in the morning as i've got to go out but i'll check-in as soon as i get home. Regardless of the result, we'll get another chance at them at the end of the season when we'll have a much better idea of how this new manager will play. A win in this game though would be tremendous.

Well thats hugely disappointing. We needed performances and some luck and we got neither. As i said it was paper, scissors or stone and they picked the right wing to attack. Matthews was a huge disappointment as were our mids who didn't want to pass to him. I'm still fuming about him getting clean through in the 35 minutes and shooting from distance. Otherwise a penalty and a dodgy offside looking goal. Things have not been helped one bit by Norway winning. We're now in trouble right away :(

Matthews performance is to a big extend caused by the new ME i think. Czech strikers had very similar symptoms today.

Anyway i felt you were reaching for a draw there late in the game and then the third goal came...

Nice try against Australia, but it just looks like you were outplayed in the end. I guess thats why we got intot he 3rd basket and you guys into the 4th.
