It was an interesting match with good chances, they converted them and we didnt. Also i made a big mistake with the substitute.

We now have to wait for very unlikely failures of our rivals.

Still we are playing good football and i feel we play balanced matches with all the teams who have a class better players. We shall continue to deliver our best.

in Czech R. managers are telling me it was useless to play 5 DEFs and that we played in 9 men and i know some of you also think 5 DEFs were not neccessary, but i have watched their games and they play wide a lot, using wingers and since their strikers are very good, they would convert passes from wings.

Also anyone can go to Hungarian NT page and see their MINIMUM NT requirements...they are higher then our best players on all positions except for defense.

Our weakness was also the missing DEFMID and I knew that, there wes simply noone to spare...we might have played with only one ATT but we wanted to win this match and i feel if you want to win you need to play with at least two ATTs.

Pretty much everything i said to you last night happened. They overran the 2-man midfield, we didnt get enough good service to the forwards and the 2 wide-backs were utterly wasted. It ended up being a 3-man defence against their 3 forwards. It's not like they were impressive or even had a good formation. They played 4-3-3 and the chance was there to take control of the middle and strangle them out of the game.
Your offside trap worked nicely.

That was a pretty solid formation to deal with a stronger team that tends to play wingers. We had 9 chances to their 11, but it doesn't help that Matthews is out of form this season.For what it's worth I though that was a solid effort Jirka, I would have done pretty much the same thing.

Ignore me when i'm in critical mode. I tend to be quite harsh.

New club name for me. Fans dont like it though, fickle basts. It probably would have been a better idea not to change it before a home game but * shrugs *

Next week a friendly against Moldova will be U22

players like Coyne, Lally, Fitzgibbon and others will get a game
