Subject: Ireland Vs...
i wrote a report right after the match and then it went down and message disappeared....well im very happy for the U22 match and also for the win, i liked the MIDs very much and i was happy all strikers managed to score in their first NT game. Colleary scored a hattrick due to his pace and possibly low stamina of the Moldovans.
Defense was slow but did the job and Reidy didnt have a good day at all.

I'm happy Fitzgibbon scored. I didn't expect it. ;-) He still needs a lot of pace and tech though.
He's still very young so its great he managed to score today. With 3 more seasons of full training (and some after that as well) he should make a fantastic player. But give him loads of pace pls ;)
Guess what, I train pace ;-)
Whereupon I might train technique as he lost the ball too often, in my opinion. Then i'll switch back too striker as leaving striker untrained isn't the smartest thing to do :D

No rush Basil, i would love to see him with 13plus pace.
I am very curious about how good you think Fitzy ( nickname I gave him :) ) will become when he's lets say 24? Do you have any idea jirka?
I think possibly close to or about 3*magical. Depends on the injuries and your coaches, though. :)
He should also have good+ secos which in my point of view is a great bonus.

Not sure though.

Well. He would be 3*excellent at the start of the next season. 4 levels in technique in a season shouldn't be a problem, considering he should have some generals and 4 levels in striker the season after that should be possible as well. In 2 seasons it wouldn't be a problem to get 5 levels in pace (even though he would be 22 and 23 years old). After that some extra trainings in technique and striker and by the middle of the season while being 24yo, it's possible he's 3*magical.
But as I said, it depends on the injuries and the level of your coaches.

The earlier you do pace the better so if you could manage them first it would help you to get to 3*magical.

And, of course, if your goal is 3*magical it would be a bad idea to train one skill straight to magical although it could mean better results in your matches..
Why would it be bad if I train for example pace straight to magical?
Because it would take more time to get the other skills up to magical as there wouldn't be any general trainings involved..
But it's all up to you to decide how to train him. You don't have to make him 3*magical (some skills might be higher, some lower), I'm just saying that it's a possibility..
