it was arranged from a season ago this match. I didnt want to change it now. Its just psychological, last match, third match, first match....i've had a good season with Ireland. We had victories we lost some matches, that's life, that's football. I will never forget some of the chances we missed :).

Now i can see that being an NT i not just doing tactics, it takes more and i realized i cannot do it anymore. It seems obvious it takes more than one season to become a good NT coach, like it takes a few seasons to become a seasoned tactitian.

Once again good luck to whoever comes next, Raul already has experience in doing the job as he was more of a co-coach than an assistant. the swiss guy gegensomething (sorry mate:) is also experienced so I am happy Ireland cannot make a bad decision....well the only bad decision is not to vote so if you havent voted, go vote now, it is the last day today.

It´s Ganzegeile, but you can call him TheRealHorny, that´s what it means in english.

It's a WC for all the teams who didn't succeed in the WC qualifications last seasons, I think it's a good start in the new season, with no very strong opponents.

Regarding the national manager job, vote Ganzengeile. He already has the database and he has improved it a lot within only a couple of hours. It would also be hugely unfair to take the job off him when he already won the election fairly. The elections are (wrongly) being re-run in all countries because 3 or 4 got screwed up. The Ireland election was not one of them.
