Subject: Ireland Vs...

It's a frustrating situation if you're someone who monitors every player. We're a fairly small nation but i had 300 players in our database when i handed it over. One of the reasons that i've not looked to manage anyone else is because i've not enough time in my day to take on a bigger nation on that scale.

i can see trapatoni emailing all the premier league managers for stats on all irish players they have like :P:P wtf!

It doesn't make the NT job easier if you don't see the skills of your players, yes ... :-(

But here in Ireland I the cooperation of the managers is very very good! They're a lot of NT players playing in Ireland, and all updates are given as fast as possible by their managers. That's great and makes it much easier for me.
Also most of the foreign managers send the updates.

But sometimes it's hard to get the skills. One players manager doesn't want to give the skills because he doesn't want to see his player playing in the NT (it's not an Irish manager).


And when I was Swiss NT coach I had a case where a user gave me wrong skills (2 technique skills than he actually had), and with these wrong skills the player was our second best striker. So he played and played awfully.
I never used him again, and a few weeks later he was on the TL and I could see his skills ...
With the transfer advertisments that shouldn't happen again though ...

u can submit players there...? what if updates are required etc...?

As far as I know you just need to enter your players there and I see them.

For example I saw that you updatet Moylan. ;-)

My player Gary Wright should play in one match (give him chance;p) and look for his goal in last match.. i think it's the fastest goal in sk (but maybe no;p)

wait till cup games, there will be some teams like that for sure. anyway - i dont like play against so weak rivals. higher chance for injuries...
