Nah, when it's a software issue it's almost always something on the harddrive because the motherboard only stores procedural stuff like the boot order. I dug out an old harddrive, installed XP on it and thats what i'm online with now. Its a bit slow and rubbish with no Word, Excel etc and the settings seem a bit screwed but i'm getting by. I've got the SIC in notepad and once i've sorted the draw for Round 3 i'll phone someone about getting my files off the now slave drive.

i think its better not to use the broken HDD.
If the PC writes on it, it will overwrite the old data.

Do give a shot at the GoogleDocs, they give you Word, Excel and PDF functionality for free and i think 6GB storage.

I'd have to write everything out into Excel so i've copied the SIC into notepad for now. Its a pain but it works.
I've removed the drive as well. There was no need to have it in once i'd scanned it. What i cant work out now is why i have no sound on the pc. My speakers should be plug n play but arent being recognised.

if theyre not being recognised see if u can get software online... or else just keep plugging them in and hope they eventually work!

try removing and then installing again the drivers for your sound device

Its onboard sound, i dont think there are any drivers for it. I'm taking the whole thing to get repaired anyway. I've given up on trying to do it myself.

ah there must be a driver for your sound card though?

reminds me of my laptop.
the headphone jack got damaged and it now permanently thinks theres headphones plugged in so the speaker doesnt work.

it also is drawing a massive current so i cant use it when plugged into mains for long or its gonna blow the charger (it did already an i got a new one)
hardware problem more than a software one n i tried fixing it but its a sealed headphone jack so theres no real way to get at it!
stil works with headphones/speakers plugged in do :)

I should be taking mine to get repaired over the weekend. I was supposed to do it today but i'm exhausted.

tomorrow poland will play u-18 players with ukraine:) if somebody want to see how we lose a game, go to the stadium;)

anyway - we played great game with u21 players vs romania next weak - i dont remember so good tactic made by me, and so many emotions:) if you have to much free time, watch it:)

yep, and i have no idea what to do. only one att have v.good stamina, other players have less than avarage. so after first half we will have 5 players (gk, that att, and 3 subs).
