Subject: Help me out

Instead of having me contact all of you individually, like i did with the 1st team i'm going to let you come to me. Below you'll find a list of youth players that i'm interested in. If you can mail me their 8 skills it would be most appreciated. I have just under 100 to check up on and i dont really have the time, motivation or large enough inbox to do this individually as i did before. I'm aware some players may not be available, i just havent edited them out.

I forgot to say this is a completely optional thing. Some of these players wont be ready for a couple of season. Some of them are definitely future players though and it would be useful to have them.
The important ones are in bold
If you've got a player who you think is good enough that i've missed mention him. I know i missed Brent Cummins because of his low rating.

Urgh! I've just got back a load of stats on our young players playing in foreign clubs. It's not good.

If there was 4-5 even anyway good there'd be hope. Mathews and a few more regulars are still young.

The problem seems to be that they're not being trained in the basic skills, Stamina etc. Technique in particular is a problem.
There is potential there i guess but it's dependant on the trainers knowing what they're doing. On a good note we're certainly not deprived of good forwards.

what about Andy McCauley as a defender? :)

He's not bad but he's a bit old.

Any thoughts on my young players before I change training type?

I'll just have a look.

Depends on whether you want to train Kinsell a and Askin or Darby. Pace would probably be best for all of them.
Any young player ideally would be at least average in stamina, pace, technique and passing.

Pace is what I'm leaning towards at the minute. Askin's in pretty desperate need of some passing training though. I'll be switching to it after pace.
