Yeah he's rubbish as well. I think Good is the minimum you should be aiming for unless they're coming into the youth team young and with talent.

Now he's bollocks yes, but he is 16 - does that mean he will level up uber quickly? I have no experience with 16 year olds (errrrrrr) but IM thinking along the lines of, if that was a 17 yr old with good tech and good pace he'd be worth a fair bit no?

I'd go by the idea that you'll get 5 trained pops out of him absolute maximum so add 5 points and see what looks like. Best i can do is

That how he'd look in a seasons time if he's super talented. Personally i dont think it's worth the effort.

I don't think that, even for a 16 year old he's still not got enough about him. Granted at that age he might go up a level every two weeks which sounds tempting but I think you need a few average + skills to start with.
