I'm trying something different for next season. Instead of having as big a squad as possible i'm keeping mine down by deleting anyone who goes over 5 weeks. It means only decent players get through and saves me money because i dont have a huge ammount of spaces. I think i've 6 players next season coming in at least formidable.

All set for the U-21 game. Anyone who hits 45+ gets to stay in the squad.

Any tips on youths,

SHOULD I WAIT, & build up financis first?

& can i get youths at anytime?

depends, how You finances looks. if you have about15k euro per week free start with youth.

Personally i dont think it's worth it unless you're willing to spend at least 30k. Consider that you'll need a decent coach and howver many spaces you want.

starting with youth fast you will have income faster, so for me it's worth allways if you just have some money to start.
