Pulled from very good, and has talent 4.5. What to do though...maybe get stamina and technique up a bit and then sell? Shame his pace is so bad

If he was a bit younger then he'd be great. You'll get 7 pops out of him with 2 seasons training (Not counting stamina or random) work out where you want those 7 pops. Personally i'd put them on pace and technique, try and get them both up to average and then consider what you want to do with him when he's 22.

what is Your strategy of youth ? it's strange for me that You don't have to much juniors like excelent and higher...

I dont see it as strange seeing as we're a relatively small country. We can only encourage people to set up youth teams and monitor the players that come out of them, basically what we're doing now.

Thats 98 trainees. Strangely the really good ones seem to be ready in the same weeks. Weeks 3, 5 and 9 could turn up some really good players. Hopefully they wont be predominantly Keepers like they have been this week.
