Hi everyone! This is me!
I`m Alessio, 23 y.o., I born and live in Brianza, in the countryside of Milano.
I`ve been playing Sokker for more than 2 years (since March 2005) and with my club I`ve obtained many satisfactions.

1st place in Serie C.09 (promoted in Serie B.01)(1/4 final of Italian Cup)

1st place in Serie B.01 (promoted in Serie A), Italian Cup winner

After all those satisfactions with my club I decided of trying a new experience training a national team.
I`ve already explained why I`ve choosen Ireland in a short post for the elections of the coach.
Besides the certain beauty of your country and the warmth of your people, I really love your beer!!!
But what really convinced me is the chance of interact with the community and talking with you in English, even if mine is not perfect, will permit us a surely comprehension of each other.

Season 6-7
Co-operator (Opposing team mid-fielders observer) of the former Italian Coach Mr_Newton
Season 8-9
Co-operator (Assistant coach, mid-fielders scout) of the former Italian Coach ilmangu
Working actively with ilmangu (4 times Italian Serie A winner), I improved a lot my tactical view, producing more than 100 tactics that are still saved in my Hard-Disk.
Together with ilmangu we reach without problems the Final Round of the World Cup, where we have been eliminated in the 14 final by Estonia.
Once finished the world cup, ilmangu offered me to take care of the U21 team in the U21 World Cup.
I accepted without problems and I experimented the ecstasy of being national coach.
Experiment that Italy finished unbeaten, quitting the competition only after the penalties against France (winner of the cup), in a match full of oddity of the Match Engine.
Season 10
2nd classified in the election for the Italian national team Coach, with just a few of votes less than the winner sydval.

[color=orange size=+2]I try to resume my project in a few points, just not to make you bored.[/color]

1) Creation of a Data-Base for a quick managing of national players

2) A raise of interest on the national team with thread created just some minutes before the match, in which we will announce the starting team and the tactic.

3) Discussion with all the users about the match of the day

4) Improvement of the young team, the real engine of this game, with threads created for the optimization of the young players coming from your teams.

5) Organization of U21 friendlys, trying to use many different players, so that the owners will be stimulated on training them.

I have in mind other ideas to make the national team a thing in common for all of you, but this will depend also from your help!
Will co-operate in this project two important Italian users: Amido and Troy_Mc Lure.
Will act as mediator between me and you, FatAss, that lives in Dublin.
Obviously I will need some Scout for each role. I still didn`t choose who is gonna take this position because I would prefer if you Irish fellas would take this task.
In proper time I will considerate the nomination of those of you that want to help me.

[color=orange size=+2]My objectives are 2:[/color]

1) Well represent you in the Mini World Cup, trying to reach a position in the first 4

2) To build the base for the qualification to the next world cup.

Ireland has the chance of reaching both those results, with a major luck respect the last season (in which was playing in a very difficult group) and with a training tactic, that as I said, will be pointed on the young players.
Finally my thought of Nin, that I consider a great coach, precising that my candidacy doesn`t want to be impolite against him, but it`s just this big wish that I have to show to myself what I can do, trying to give the best in a national team.

If you came 2nd in the Italian elections last season then why don't you run there again?

Since sydval made very well in the qualification And I think he deserve to lead the NT at the next World Cup :)

I think Icci84 has enough experience to help your national team to become a very good outsider. For sure Ireland is not at the level of Poland, France, Italy... but in his presentation Icci told you what are his objectives...
First of all reach the first 4 in the Mini world cup...
And most important he will need Irish people helping him in this, helping him as Scouts for each of the roles (GK,DF,MF,AT)...

About myself I live In Dublin and I feel a bit of Ireland in my heart as well... we can co-operate well for sure guys! [:D]

thats rihgt but i start my sokker carrier in Ireland so i know!!
