Its the normal thing. All youths coming in the next 16 weeks. Ideally, you should be looking to get them to at least Very Good. It'd be really useful to have all your youth squads before they start popping next Thursday.

Yep and i've no idea why. I'm pretty sure i invest more than you.
On the other hand none of my trainees will be coming out with a talent of more than 5 weeks, 3 or 4 of them have a talent of 4 weeks and i've just pulled my best two youths recently

Investment just means more places. I'm pretty sure its the quality of coach that determines the levels of the Juniors

Investment means places and youth coach wages.
I have an incredible and should be upgrading to a brilliant tomorrow so there is no reason.

maybe. I've had two excellents go through this week and a formidable in 4 weeks. after that i've got pretty much nothing

I seem to get phases of good youths and bad ones. There is a good phase coming up though:)
