Makes a mockery of the term "excellent".
It seems to me that the youth system has tightened up. A couple of seasons ago an Excellent youth would have a fairly good chance of playing for the national team but thats rarely the case this season.

The standard of player in the NT has improved a lot as well but I think it has tightened up a bit.

It's a bad sign for us, especially as the newer countries are getting better. I dont like them tightening it up because it makes it that much harder for the small countries, while the bigger ones benefit.

Consider that he will be average striker in 1 or 2 weeks, and the fact that he is adequate in defender and technique,and Id say he's not a massive amount worse than your guy overall. I mean, I'd say yours is definitely better but not MASSIVELY better.
