Subject: Youth Monitoring (Season 11)

My youth coach is formidable. Should I get someone better?

he is good enough. if you just starting with youth, you don't need better coach. but i sugest to change him, when you will heve more juniors - about 15-20.

Just 1 more thing though--How do i change my tactics?
When I select a tactic I made myself it doesn't come up on the 'squad' screen.. Am i doing soemthing wrong?

probably you set tactic only for one position of the ball. look on it, in the middle of field you heve white ball - click on it, and move to other sector... you must set tactic for all 35 sectors.
