Looking through the youths i've seen this week, it's quite disappointing. It seems that even Very Good isn't enough to get a decent youth pull now, we've had 3 out of 5 so far and none have been much use. Only player i've liked is Brendon Diffley (Ulster Emmigrants)

I'm imagine someone will want Corscadden. Hopefully someone who's just going to train striking and nothing else. If it was at the end of the season then he'd be useless but at least he's a young 20 year old. Given 4 or 5 striking pops he'd be Very Good/Excellent by the time he hits 21

ya. was still bit disappointed with the age tho! is it worth not promoting youths until just after the season changes or is there age pre-determined?

From what i've gathered their age is already determined. Basically if they come into your youth squad and stay past the first season break, they cant be less than 17, as they would have come into your squad age 16 and aged at the break, just like regular players. I have thought about trying to work out a rough formula for it but thats something i'll leave until after Ireland.

I did have something from last season. It basically showed how many skills points you got for each level, 46-54 was brilliant or something. I think one of your players scored highest with about 52.
