I dont know exactly how big the jump between an Incredible and a Brilliant coach is but i could have a fantabulous youth coming in week 6 next season.

Question. Is it the individual skills or the overall skill of the youth coach I should be looking at.

Mine is only formidable, but thats mainly because he's hopeless of keeper. He's unearthly in everything else but defender where he's very good

You know if he's unearthly in everything but keeping and defending it might have been an idea to use him as the main team coach...

My main team coach has pretty much the same stats but he has keeping as well.
