At last, a great trainee. I'd train technique. If you have any plans to sell him, give me a few days notice and i'll sell some players to gather the money.
Should i give him a blast of stamina first??
and also. is this guy good enough to train him in technique?

I'd leave stamina til the off-season. Technique is his big weakness and it's better to train any major weakness while theyre young and talented.
With any training you should be looking to use Unearthly or Magical at worst.
I was going to say train Pace if you cant train Technique but your coach is even worse at that.
If you want to keep that coach Passing would be ok. Otherwise i'd try to pick up a rubbish coach with Unearthly technique cheap.
You're paying way over the odds for that guy as well.

There's a guy on the Trainer market at the moment called Henri Coomans, he's perfect for you and he's 6k cheaper than your current coach.
you can just keep you current trainer and train him defending. it will boost his market value even more than tech.
If you prefer usability of the player, go for tech as Nin suggests...
