disgusted. the worst bit is they miss the 88 min training also

some hilarious results.
FcDrewniaki 2:0 Ulster Emmigrants
belase tornado 2:1 Baile Ard Aon
Warta Wawrów 2:0 Killygarry FC

interesting to see all the games as emmigrants have a 25 average rating or something, baile ard aon are similar with a poor second string.
kilgarry put out a decent team but both were high rating and that was probably the most even tie of the round.
everyone else struggled through anyway :)
20-0 win for me, had a piss easy game though and i dont think they made it past halfway except when my players decided to backpass

Ooh I suddenly spot a flaw in my training!! I was assuming that if I put on a few subs in a game, the first eleven AND the subs got training!! Judging by your comment Kenyard only players who finish the game get training... is that the case!!??
2010-11-25 00:34:23
nah player doesn get trainin if he gets sent off injured no worries
2010-11-25 00:42:49
Sweet!!

Blind moment of panic there!!

the more time they play the more training they get.
playing 90 minutes of a league/cup game accounts for around 85% training
90 minutes friendly = 75% training

both games 90 minutes = 100 % training if they have the same order (DEF MID ATT)

so play 5 player with DEF order if training defender in league game
5 players with DEF in friendlies
this way you train 10 players effectively per week.

or doing passing for e.g mids, 5 mids in league, 5 in friendlies.

pace, 11 players in each game :)
so you can train 22 players in a week.
pace training is as a result, slower to train, and less valued on resale of players, but a very necessary attribute none the less :)

also training is not linear. its on a curve so the way 85% for league game, if they play 45 minutes its not half training (42.5%) its more like 50% for half the game,

similarly for the second game if you play a full league game, the friendly game then only has 15% left to cover, if you play half the friendly game it only accounts for ~50% of the remaining training so 92.5% training - making it not worth it really.
this is why you train 5 players in each match

stamina is the only skill to be trained that doesnt rely on gametime. if you train stamina, all players will be trained even if you dont have matches which is why most people train it in week 15 or week 0 when there is only 1 match per week so you can only train 5 players, or your entire squad

im pretty sure that covers everything.
i just realised my newbie guide has nothing on amount of time spent playing and the increase

How did anyone come up with those calculations? It'd be useful to get a precise estimate so I can optimise my training. I'm currently sending out the first teamers for an exta 45 minutes in the cup, just so they're getting full training.

its my own personal basis.
generally on international forums says its 90% league and 85% for friendly then

i definately see a huge benefit to playing 2 matches in a week or a player playing U21 matches also

greg also did a bit of his usual stuff for that.
from the rules and he confirmed the difference between friendly and league is less than the difference between 100% (2 games) and a single match.
playing international match is now confirmed as 50% training. definite. but everyone plays nt players in games anyway
playing any 2 games in a week = 100% training

for league and friendly matches alone there was never any number given. ever

Yeah I've noticed a significant improvement in U-21 players.
2010-11-25 01:28:27
its just the fact they get the 100% training rather than the as i said 85%
and also when you are playing a lot of them in friendlies they are only getting 3/4 training...

those numbers are a random basis, but i think they are accurate if not even too nice.
i think there is a huge difference between friendlies and league games

won 6-3. Mick McGrath got over 70 rating for the first time, but then picked up an 18day injury :/
2010-11-26 18:24:28
probably the rating was high because of the injury, shorter times = higher ratings as they can play at a higher level in that time interval

Never stood a chance once the ref sent off my lone striker. Wingers almost pulled it off but not quite.

shame on you
