Try pushing your forwards up a bit more. Most goals in this game still come from long passes and forwards will always struggle to run through defenders with the ball.

if they look slow maybe a few weeks of pace training?

I wouldn't worry too much about looking slow against my team- Koszycki, for example, is one of the fastest players in Ireland so most teams look slow in comparison.

Your formation looks a bit too open as well. 2 Wingers is a bit much if you're going to have 2 up front as well. Also a lot of the time you only have one centreback trying to mark 2 strikers. Compact formations work best in real life and here; have a look at some of the National team games for some good examples. (But don't worry- not very many teams here have sorted out good formations so you're not on your own on that one ;))

Thanks once against to Everest. Her intensely annoying manner, heckling and just general abuse of Lahinch wound them up into getting a player sent off. They'll now only have 9 players available for this weeks cup game, which i think means a walkover for me.
