is it worth my while giving this guy one third speed and 2 thirds defending training?

He looks more like a striker to me- as a defender he'll always probably have low playmaking which won't be ideal. Either way its worth giving him pace for the moment while you make up your mind.

for me he is good for wing:)

A winger would need some defender and playmaking and more passing on top of pace and technique. A striker would just need striking after pace and technique though :) If andything it would be better to make him a defender than a winger :)
