no, 19' max. junior when comes to school could be 16-18, so if my is in school second season he have +1 to age.

And why aren't you running for NT Coach?

Capable of producing NT quality players regularly? Maybe 6 or 7. There are around 20 clubs investing in the youth system that i'm aware of.

I'm not running because Ganzengeile is a better coach.
I only stepped down last season so i didnt want to get right back into it. At the moment i'm still running the youth system and the database and i'm happy with that. I've still got a few things to sort out away from the pc as well.
