Hi!
I’m the candidate for Ireland manager.
I’ve been playing Sokker since 04.11.2005, so I have a great experience in the game.
I am playing in Polish Five Division – my team is good.
NT Staff
In the training staff I would like to have somebody trusted, I am searching willing.

What about tactics?
I tend to always play to the strength of my team and factor in the opponent before deciding which tactic to use. I have primarily used 3 different tactics in the past season, each of which suit different teams in different ways depending on what their strengths are.
In addition, sometimes choosing the right players is as good as making a spot on tactic. Sometimes the best players can not all be fitted into the team and are under utilised in tactics where their role does not make use of their skills.
My promises
• I will take Ireland through the Qualifications group to the World Cup
• I will make betting competitions with winners able to choose one of their players to play in a national team friendly match to increase users’ interest in their national team
• I will write commentaries after matches and hear the opinions of users
• I will gather players’ skills, either by running a scout system or by communicating with managers by myself – you choose

3 seasons ago we were ranked 47th/67, the average squad rating was 350k (i think its now 570k) and we had 1270 ranking points. Take a look at where we are now. We've got this far because we have a system, we dont play players until theyre ready and we've been monitoring 90% of our youth players for the last 3 seasons. They are slowly starting to come through now and we will continue to rise. Remember that there are only 48 members here and most of them are only casual.

If we played U-21 games, we'd get massacred by everyone apart from the new countries.
I think u21 is a vanity thing- there's no benefit in giving a player matches before he's good enough. The player pool isn't large enough here to have the luxury of things like that anyway :)
To be honest i dont think there is a big enough advantage in it, even if you do have the squad. It's a 5% training bonus per game, so 1 level if they play 20 international games. To do that you'd have to bring them in at 19 to get any real benefit. Even then put them in for a 5% bonus, get them injured and lose 100% of training for 1-4 weeks. Its not worth it.
but from the other hand - if player is in NT, he is worth more, and probably better teams will be interested in him - so - he would get better traning (strongest team - also better coaches)...

In eliminatory matches result is very important and friendly matches It is important too but it is necessary to make it possible here game talented

More valuable players doesn't mean anything to the national team.
Good players will be brought by big clubs regardless.

if player is in NT, he is worth more - so also traning him will get more profits. i still think that 2-3 games with youth in season is good for NT - to promote the most prospect players.
