Subject: Problemas con Firefox

Che gente, a los que encaran en este tema, cof cof tenuco, cof cof cof malvin, cof cof cof, gonx , cof cof etc etc cof cof :P

tengo este problema, pongo el skin de sokker sea el que sea y cuando cierro el programa y vuelvo a abrirlo no me aparece el skin que yo elegí, eso por un lado, y por otro, ANTES despues de instalar una nueva versión de firefox siempre me aparecia con las barras de herramientas y sin el boton para abrir una nueva pestaña y de la impresora (que los configuraba yo) y despues que cierro y abro me quedaba todo igual como lo deje configurado, es decir, sin las barras de herramientas y con esos botones, pero ahora resulta que el firefox lo abro y lo cierro y me aparece siempre con las barras y sin los botones que le configuro, y es un embole estar configuradolos siempre, y en una de esas esto esta configurado para noi guardar los cambios y no se como "desconfigurar" eso, por que he probado desinstalarlo e instalarlo de nuevo y sigue todo igual, y en las maquinas del cyber (en las cuales tambien lo tengo intalado) no me pasa eso.


Alguien sabe que pude haber tocado que no me guarda ningun cambio tanto en skines como en la barra de botones y de herramientas ???

Las Barras.
Una forma sencilla es haciendo click derecho en las barras para dejar las q quieras o las que no.

Quizas tenias un plugin no compatible con la nueva version.. yo que se.. (la verdad... me mareastes con toda la segunda parte...).
Pero mira un poco en Ver, Toolbars .. (no se como es en Spanish..)

Pero yo hago eso siempre, el tema es que cuando cierro el firefox y lo abro de nuevo pierdo todos los cambios que le hice tanto a la barra de herramientas y botones como a los de skins de sokker :S

yo tengo la version 1.5.0.6

le creastes "usuarios"?..
La q podes hacer es desinstalarlo y reinstalarlo a ver q pasa.. (salva los bookmarks..)

ademas las barras de herramientas, se modifican haciendo clic derecho sobre ellas y "Customize"

ya lo he desinstalado, ya lo he instalado de nuevo, y la barra de herramientas la cambio en personalizar (¿por que lo tenes en ingles? :S)


se como hacer todo eso, lo que no se por que cuando lo cierro y lo vuelvo a abrir queda todo igual :'(

todo software con el idioma de origen contiene menos errores.

y ahora no se me ocurre x q.. dejame ver mañana... (es como en los Taxis viste... tarifa nocturna a partir de las 22 horas...)

Can I Customize My Toolbars?


This will tell you how to add, remove, and rearrange toolbars in
Mozilla Firefox.


Yes, you can customize the toolbars in Firefox. For those who are
unfamiliar with the terminology, a toolbar is the (usually gray) box above
the area that the web site is displayed. The toolbar contains by default
the following items:



* Menu Bar: This is the toolbar that contains the browser
menus (File, Edit, Help, etc.).

* Navigation Bar: This is the toolbar that contains the
Location bar and the buttons used to navigate web sites.

* Bookmarks Toolbar: This is the toolbar that contains
your Bookmarks Toolbar Folder bookmarks.




How Do I Customize the Toolbars?


There are two basic methods of customizing the toolbars in
Firefox:



* Adding/Removing Toolbars

* Rearranging Items on the
Toolbars



Adding/Removing Toolbars


You can take away certain toolbars if you do not wish to keep them on your
screen. Currently, these toolbars can be removed:


* Navigation Toolbar

* Bookmarks Toolbar


You cannot currently remove the Menu Bar because you cannot move the menu
items (File, Edit, Help, etc.) to a different toolbar, and they must stay on
the screen at all times.


To remove a toolbar, look in the View menu on your Menu Bar. Select View > Toolbars. You should see a few menu items.
The top ones (above the separator) are the toolbars you may show. Toolbars
currently shown are checked, and toolbars currently hidden are not checked.
To show or hide a toolbar, simply click its menu item. The toolbar will now
be shown or hidden based on your choice.


To add a toolbar, select View > Toolbars >
Customize. Click on Add New Toolbar (in the bottom of the
dialog). This should give you a dialog to enter a name. Enter a name, click
OK, and then click Done. Now select the View > Toolbars menu, and you should see your new
toolbar listed. Follow the procedures in the previous section to show or hide
it.


Rearranging Toolbar Items


To rearrange the items (icons, buttons, text boxes, etc.) on your toolbar,
right-clickpress Ctrl and
click on any part of the toolbar that is not a text box and select
Customize.... This will bring up the toolbar
customization dialog.


Drag and drop any items you want to and from the toolbars (excluding the
menu items). You can also rearrange icons already on the toolbars by
dragging and dropping them wherever you wish. When the toolbars and items are
arranged the way you want them, click Done.

el skin se guarda en los cookies
fijate porque seguramente tenes la opcion de "borrar cokies al salir"
tenes que poner que las guarde

ahh con razon, ta de novela muchas gracias, pero lo otro no tenes ni idea por que puede ser no ?

la verdad que no, no uso firefox, pero supongo que tal vez haya que setear la configuracion que vos pones como "predeterminada"
o poner que guarde los cambios al salir
o poner que no resetee los cambios al entrar
