alguno q pueda poner lo q hay q entrenar para cada posicion , por q no caso nada de ingles
Goalkeepers
IMO, I'd say Handling is the most important, followed by agility and reflexes being equally important. Then I'd say Out of Area is reasonably important, and the least important being Throwing, as as long as you can get it to your teammates, it's fine. I don't think it's that neccesary for the goalkeeper to create a chance from it, as that's for your midfielders and wingers in particular to do!
Strength is useless at the moment, as goalkeepers only lose 1% fitness the majority of the time. (I think this will change though)
Defenders
It's harder to determine an order for outfield skills, as we can say a lot of skills are just as important as others. Tackling, Speed and Positioning are skills vital to take the ball of the opposition, through either interception or tackling. Heading is also a very useful skill in clearing the danger, as we have already seen many goals come from crosses!
Then you need short/long passes to pass the ball once you have regained the ball from the opposition, as it is no use getting the ball and then losing it straight away. The other option apart from passing the ball is dribbling with the ball, and like I said, that happens, so I think dribbling is also useful, especially against attacking mids and forwards with tackling.
Game vision and Technique are reasonably useful, especially game vision if you want to be a defender that doesn't just clear the ball at all costs, but sometimes sets up chances. When dribbling aswell, you don't want to run straight into an attacker, so game vision for the direction of the dribble, and technique also if you do face an opposition player you have more chance to get past them.
Defenders at the moment don't seem to lose a great deal of fitness, but I'd still say strength is fairly useful, and again this might change in the future.
If you're a wingback, then dribbling and technique may become even more useful, and crosses will also become important. Of course, there is nothing to even stop you training long shots/finishing, if you're a defender thirsty for goals!
Midfielders
Passing is obviously something very important for a midfielder..... but long or short passes, or both? I personally think that short passes is more useful, but long passes could be good aswell for creating quick attacks as opposed to slow build ups that short passing creates. With passing comes game vision, because just passing it from player to player is no good - You need to be able to spot the chances and get that killer pass.
As we have seen, dribbling happens an awful lot, and looks useful for every position. Midfielders are no exception, and along with dribbling comes technique, as midfielders seem to make (especially attacking midfielders) longer dribbles. For attacking midfielders, the skill is useful when going for that shot at goal, whether a long shot, ot a normal shot, with which finishing might be useful. Long shots could also be nice!
For a defensive midfielder, or even an attacking midfielder to some extent (for tackling opposition defenders) tackling will be useful to regain possesion. Heading may/may not be useful - The ball is in the air a lot, but usually is controlled by their feet not their heads anyway. Maybe for defending corners (Which don't happen too frequently)
Then comes positioning - "A really important skill" - Apart from that, it doesn't really give much away, but I'm hoping the rules are as accurate as can be when it comes to

A really important skill
that bit
Speed so far seems incredibly useful, especially when dribbling with the ball. Midfielders seem to lose a fair amount of fitness, although I've been quite lucky so far So I'd say strength is pretty useful!
Wingers
Called Left/Right midfielders - Pretty similar to midfielders in many ways, although crossing will be more useful then passing. Dribbling, Speed and Technique are obviously also very useful to create the perfect winger.
Again positioning is important - Even more important for wingers IMO as wingers do some of the "not normal" moves mentioned in the rules such as moving up the field.
Forwards
Finishing, technique and long shots are the ability to score goals. Finishing and long shots being the power of the shot, and technique being the accuracy. All these three I believe are important, but probably one you can slack on is long shots.
What else you train can be dependant on what type of forward you want to be - a selfish forward, a team player, or a lone man upfront.....
Dribbling will obviously be a useful skill for a "selfish forward" who wants to take all the glory Tackling may also be a useful skill here, so that you don't have to rely on an assist from a teammate, and really take all the glory
For a team player, passing, preferably short over long IMO and then game vision will be useful so that your player can make assists, aswell as score the goals. You can also have tackling with these skills aswell, it's up to you what type of forward you want to be!
For a lone striker upfront, heading will be incredibly useful, so you can get your head on all the long balls and crosses that come your way! Tackling even more useful here, if you want to see more of the ball!
Speed is also a very useful skill, to outrun those defenders. As has been observed, strikers lose more fitness than any other position, so obviously strength is very useful here! This is going to be linked to the Newbie guide, rather than 5 seperate threads we have now. They're only my thoughts, so obviously there may be a lot of things you disagree with and I will alter anything to improve the guide!
