Now, Colombia U21 is on 51 th place, and is in the Group N:
1. Deutschland U21
2. Eesti U21
3. Cameroun U21
4. Colombia U21
5. Panamá U21
6. Nippon U21

i can help you with the DB and scouting, if you want

The scouting is very very important for me, so ... I already saw all the teams of Colombia users. I already finded new very important players for U21. Right now, I can say, that there is no other good players for Colombia U21.
